Yes — all Standard and Premium plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can invite up to 10 colleagues during the trial.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
An active user is anyone who logs in at least once during the billing month. Accounts that are deactivated or haven't logged in are not counted.
Trainers and Educators are included in the same per-user pricing. Large organisations with many trainers can contact sales for a tailored team plan.

Every course maps to e-CF competencies. As a learner completes modules, their competency scores update automatically. The Passport is exportable as a PDF and can be shared with employers or certification bodies.

LearnALot is a fully responsive web app that works on any device. A native iOS and Android app is on our roadmap for Q4 2026. PWA installation is available now for offline access.
